Honestly I am confused in what you are trying to show. Yes it seems strange it will not play forward but will play backward. The language barrier makes it a little tough to try and duplicate. I do not have Quicksync on my machine. But I use a H.265 file and it plays with no problem so it is hard for me to duplicate anything you are trying to show. Also showing the graph when playing forward and the percentages when playing backward makes it hard to see what you are trying to show.

I find your playing method strange when using the speed slide bar under the monitor. I am not sure why you are using that. To get the cursor to play right to left you have to be using the J key. Every time you type J it will increase/decrease the speed, so no need to use the bar. I would like more information.
