I found that this works. I had to do some trial and error but this codec and some settings will allow me to send videos to my local tv station.

    Does Edius Have this codec?

I always send off my files to tv stations with the Quicktime exporter which we do not have in Edius X. The televsion station also allows for a MPEG 2 version with these specs. I noticed that they ask for 1080i screen size, don't know if Edius can allow for this particular setup? Thank you in advance as MPEG 2 is new to me.
    Compression Codec: MPEG-2
    Screen Size: 1920x1080 (1080i)
Display Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (center-cut safe)
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0 (square pixels)
Scan Type: Interlaced, Top (Upper) Field First
    Frame Rate: 29.97 fps (constant/fixed)
Frame Rate Mode: Drop Frame (DF)
Bit Rate: 35 Mb/s CBR (constant bit rate)

    Audio Specs:
    Audio Type: MPEG-1 Layer II
    Channels: 2 channels (stereo)
    No SAP or Audio Descriptor
    Sample Rate: 48Khz(constant/fixed)
    Bit Rate: 384Kbps
