  • Where are my serial numbers?

I checked in to confirm my serial numbers on the GV EiD page and discovered all my versions are now a string of X's.

Also my Edius 9 / X serial is not listed anywhere so I can't see my licence serials or how many activated installs I have.

I need this as I returned a licence yesterday but can't find any verification of the count.

Does anyone know how to access this information or is it no longer available??

    Paul :-)

Go to my account - edit settings and then go to the bottom of the page. Untick "show serial number as "XXX""

      Hi David,

Thanks for the tip, now I see all my serials back to 7.....but I see nothing about my Grass Valley Edius Plus promotion - I was sent an email with the new serial, but it's not registered anywhere on the EID account although I'm using it, and the original email
said all my old serials will be deleted.

That said, there still appears to be no way to see how many activations I have.. I'm sure I recall a way to do it - was it through the Eid whilst running Edius??

Hope you are OK, long time since Exhibitions in London and the even older days in Hove !!

      Paul :-)

          Thanks Bern,

          So the licence is showing
          1. Count1
          2. Overdraft count1
What does the overdraft count mean?

This version is on 1 machine at present.

          Any Ideas?

          Paul :-)

Not a clue Paul. I don't see, and never have seen, any mention of the word overdraft when I check my counts.
