My registered Edius 9 WG ID is not working when I launch Edius X. Any ideas whats going on?

did you enter the EDIUS 9 Plus serial? check the license list in license manager and make sure it says Plus, only a 9 Plus serial activates 9 and X

I received my plus serial number but Edius X still will not accept it. Any ideas?

you deactivate the existing 9 serial and enter the Plus serial

in license list of license manager, you should then see the Plus word as part of the license

if you bought it as an upgrade, you also need to enter a previous serial when asked

I went from 6 to 9 as an upgrade. Would my 6 be the previous serial number? Attached is my current liscense list.

Update. I now see the plus in license manager. I now can open Edius X with out the trial version days. I don't know what I did but it works. Thanks again Anton.
