Field Edits

I've recently started sending edits to another editor and I'm having trouble with field edits. In Edius I check out using proxy files to a folder of the same name within my project. I then upload to dropbox and Editor B can open and work on the files. When he's completed his section, he sends me back the EZP project file and that's were I'm having trouble. Regardless of wether I Check-In or open as read only or undo Check Out - I'm left with a project where I have to relink all the files AND thats not simply a matter of relinking a folder - I have to relink EVERY SINGLE file. I'm doing something wrong but I can't work out what.

Any Ideas?

is this with 9.5 or 6.5 as in your signature?

if 9.5, have you applied update 9.54?

I never used proxy so I can't be sure what is supposed to happen but I would not be surprised if it is a bug if it has worked in previous versions
