  • Edius 8.53 importing the video I have exported.

    Hi,

I am using EDIUS 8.53 and completing my project with Edius. I want to export it. Edius 8.53 is importing the video I have exported. Can you help me? Thank you.

If you mean that the exported video appears in the bin then that is the way it currently works. If you then want to put it on the timeline that is something different. Lots of people like it this way.

Firstly, thanks for your response. I mean that the exported video appears in the bin. We can say this automatic import in EDIUS. I think this is a feature beyond my control.

you can upgrade to EDIUS X and you won't have any exported videos appear in the bin unless you choose so

I prefer to have them added to the bin so I can check to make sure they are ok. I do make a bin folder called Export and I select this folder prior to exporting

As seen in the bin, I have been doing what you say since the day I started using EDIUS 8.
