Help need 3840 x 2160 at 29.97 project setting

Click on Settings-System Settings-Application-Project Preset. Click on the New Preset Button. Select a Name and then click the dropdown for Video Preset. There is a QFHD 3840x2160 29.97p setting. Choose your Audio preset (48kHz probably 2 or 4 Ch). Under Advanced, choose 8 bit or 10 bit as desired. Set your Render Format. Change Overscan to 0%. Set your default Tracks to the desired number (I personally do not use VA or T tracks). Set channel mapping as desired. This will create a preset that can be used in the future.

My LUMIX camera raw 4k footage is 3840x 2160 . The frame raw is 29.97 ........How to make the project settings to that ?.... presently , I can only see the project as 60p NOT 29.97.... The field order is grayed out and seems to only allow a 59.94 frame rate.

I'd also like to have a preset for future use.
