How do I register Edius X?

During the registration it keeps telling me to restart the application, but next time around asks me to log in with eID. Is this normal? AND, how do I know if the registration is successful? I see no Edius X in https://ediusid1.grassvalley.com/mypage/serial/ only EDIUS X Pro Trial - 10.00 activated. I need to activate from EDIUS Pro 9 Plus Upgrade WW - 9.00 to EDIUS X Pro.

I called tech support but they direct me to this forum.
Their email system is somehow not working correctly.

the grassvalley registration site is not working at this stage

you do not need to register in order to activate EDIUS, open the License Manager from taskbar and click online activation, enter the Plus serial and then you can use X and 9

for the Pro version you need top login with EDIUS ID as well
