  • Edius X Problems and Bugs - Consolidate Project

Here's a video showing the legacy issue when using Edius' Consolidate Project function. This issue is still present in Edius X. The video also explains why Edius X's renaming of the source media is such a big problem when working in an extended production workflow or in any scenario where it's necessary to reference back to the original source media names.

If you don't know the difference between Azimuth and Asimov, then either your tapes sound bad and your Robot is very dangerous. Kill all humans...... Or your tape deck won't harm a human, and your Robot's tracking and stereo imagining is spot on.

Is your Robot three laws safe?

I keep getting this from time to time that requires a computer restart to resolve. I have uninstalled EDIUS-X and re-installed. I've also updated to the update release a week or so ago with no resolution.
It gets very old to keep having to reboot the system to get EDIUS-X to work. Anyone have any ideas? And what is the "Service"?

There are a couple of threads already going about bugs where this was talked about. I think it was determined to be the background render service if I recall, but feel free to actually search those threads.
