We would need more information to give any real advice. Is it only when using certain kinds of files? (HEVC files from apple devices are known to cause issues). What are your computer specs, Windows version, etc.? When you installed, did you disable any virus scanners as is the recommended procedure? Have you recently done or taken any windows updates? Have you recently installed any other software?

Without knowing more, the only real advice that can be given is to re-install Edius with the virus scanner disabled.

the forum should not block a zip file attachment of a system report, at least it did not with the old forum

          send it to antonsvideo.wetransfer.com

your crashes are nvidia related, can you check and see if you have the latest driver and if not, download it and do a clean installation
