  • Edius 9 and Edius X file compatibility

Page 47 of the Edius X Pro "Topic LIbrary" (new name for the Manual?) confirms that Edius X can be installed on a machine with Edius 9 present - "which makes two versions of EDIUS available on the smae PC."

What is the level of compatibility between the EZP projects files of Edius 9 and Edius X?

EDIUS X things like tracking information are lost when opened in EDIUS 9 as well as things like filters -for example you won't be able to use the acorn audio plugins from an EDIUS X project in EDIUS 9. Otherwise it works.
