Did I read somewhere on this thread that you cannot change the avatar picture? If you are able to please explain. I have signature and avatar checked in settings.

you can't change it, so I disabled this feature because it just wastes space

We have fixed this. We have set the maximum number of attachements to 5 and you will get a warning if you exceed that number.

Before I sign-in to this forum i can see "Today's Post" see image 1
After I sign-in to this forum i Can't see "Today's post" anymore see image 2 image 1.pngimage 2.png

When you log in the new post are under latest activity.
When you click on it you have powerfull sort options.

On the right you of the forum will see the new topics panel.

Issues editing existing post

make a post and attach 3 images
then edit the post and add a fourth image, it can't be added, instead it will appear in a new post below, see here

There is blue arrow icon on the left of a thread which take you to the last post you can also use a filter after you have clicked the thread to only show today's post.

I am aware of the blue arrows but they are hard to click because they are tiny, clicking the thread title in the old forum was way easy

you are not thrown off balance, there is still work to be done to make it as good or ideally better than the old forum

so far, the only plus is that it is mobile friendly which the old forum was not

Yes Anton you are correct, still a little work to be done but i have good hope, so far nice and snappy and start to get my way around a little better.
I understand that a new set-up will have some kinks here and there, I just patiently drink some more then it will all fall in it's place.
I often read at night and on the tablet (android) it looks slightly different then on PC with firefox.
Sure it's just a matter of time and all will be well, it works much better on mobile devices.

Still doesn't work for me. Birthday still not editable so cannot save.

We are working on that, though it may be after the holiday weekend.
