  • EDIUS X 265 export failed

Can't export to 265 files. I have Quadro m5000m board and intel i7 6890. I already updated to nvidia drivers, do not help.
    Edius shows that error
    - Failure : rendering
    Error Code 0x87830000
    - Cannot export files because hardware encoder is unavailable

is it known bug in Edius X or something wrong with my system?

the link shows that Quadro 5000 support all kind of 265. So as I understand the problem is in Edius X

                  This post may help.

Edius X is giving misleading notifications that look like hardware problems with QuickSync. Trying to export H.265 and Edius X was throwing up the error ‘cannot export files because the hardware encoder is unavailable’ This error would definitely suggest that hardware isn’t working correctly, maybe a driver issue. Based on the developer list (post #2), there are quite a few mobile versions approved for Edius, but sadly not the M5000M.
                    Look at the list.
I would contact support for a definitive answer.
