    Hi
"EH Asset Store failed to start" would appear to be my problem?

How do I verify I have privileges to start services? I'm installing as a administrator

it could be caused by your anti virus or anti malware???

it appears something got blocked during the installation

          maybe uninstall again without deactivation

then disable your anti-virus (which one do you have?)

          then install

              no, keep E9

I am not familiar with Panda Dome so I am not sure if it needs to be removed or not to get a clean installation

If you get that error message again, try a reboot to see if that works.
