    Does Edius trial software work with EX1 and XDCAM - or is this a limitation of the 30 day download?

    Yes it does!

    This trial version includes complete support of all native HDV formats, including Sony 1080i, Canon 1080p and JVC 720p,as well as support for Thomson Grass Valley Infinity JPEG 2000, Panasonic DVCPRO 50, DVCPRO HD, VariCam, P2, AVC-Intra, and Sony XDCAM and XDCAM EX.

      Yes, minus a few formats/tools. Namely, GXF/K2, VariCam and VMF import.

        Is there any news about 25p or 30p @1920x1080 support?
        Tried to change the sequence setting from 24p to 25p, but it still exports at 24p...
        Seems to be only annoyance so far for me. :)
