  • clips split when adding to TL

    Hello!
Edius 4.54 on XP Pro Spk2. Suddenly clips split to two lines when moving from Bin to TimeLine: Video on the upper line and Audio to the one below. Is there a setting I'ven't noticed?
    Regards

right click the little A on the left of the timeline tracks, then left click "clear all tracks"

basically, you accidentally enabled track mapping which can happen when touching their shortcut keys on keyboard

      Hi Anton,
Thanks for your answer, but it doesn't help me. I find no little A on the left of timeline tracks. In Help I find nothing about "track mapping" and in Settings I find no shortcut to "track mapping" either. Are we using the same software? Today I'm using Edius 4.6. I think you do too.
      Best regards
      Gunnar

on the left of any VA track, you will find what you need

I have an old screenshot from Edius3 but it is similar in 4.6, you will find it

here is a screenshot of 4.6 (due to the color scheme of Edius 4.6, the little a is hard to see)

you can also press 9 to clear all tracks
