Hi, unfortunately I have not logged in to GV account for a couple of years in which time I have changed my email address that I can no longer access. GV does not recognise my old login password. I need to get my E8 serial number to update. As I can't access my old email account I can't request a new password from GV. Could somebody from admin advise me how best to contact GV to solve the issue. Incidently have been with Edius since 1
