Does My Desktop would be compatible with edius X and H265 export ???

Does my PC would be compatible for edius X and the export of H265 ?
As in the past export H265 demanded a 6th generation of intel CPU's .
Does Edius X would help to export H265 as it now depends on the GPU >?

MY PC is:
Intel Core i7 -5930K , 3.5 GHz , Intel® SSE4.2, Intel® AVX2
M.B: MSI X99S Gaming 9
Graphic card : ASUS Phoenix GTX 1660 SUPER OC 6GB GDDR6 DVI HDMI DP
RAM: 16 GB
