no preview in edius

everything is doing well until i upgraded my pc, changed my motherboard, video card and processor. now my dvstorm2 pro has some problems. all installations went well, no errors reported but when i start to use edius 2.5 i cannot see any preview on my pc monitor.

old pc confiduration
> ecs motherboard wid intel chipset
> dual core processor 2.6
> ati radeon vga
> 2 gb DDRAM


new pc configuration (problems encountered)
> intel DG33FB
> 2.33 core 2 dou
> 1gb PV Video card (nvidia geforce 8600 GT)

i made several installations/reinstallations and still same problem

I have the same problem. If I connect my DigiCam to the DV Plug and choose DV in the recorder Frame the controling of the camera works but no picture is visible on the screen.

I tried with Vista as well as with XP always the same problem.

Please use the search feature of this forum. There is a high probability that someone already asked this question.

I did a quick search and came up with this.

Also the DVStorm series will not work under Vista, and the last version of EDIUS that will support it will be EDIUS 4.x. EDIUS5 and above will not support it.
