Problem with text when exporting

Is it MPEG-2? You can always try and use Segment Encode when you export back out to MPEG-2.

But to ensure no additional recompression, you must match exactly the source, project and export settings.

you are compressing, decompressing and recompressing, this is always a quality problem

for best results, never edit mpeg unless gun pointed to head

I have some strange problem. When I made a video with text with edius and export it to file - .mpg everything is OK. However, when I decided to import the already exported .mpg file in edius - (only one layer) - and to for example cut the time of the movie I receive bad quality only of the TEXT after exporting again in .mpg..

Does anyone know what could be the problem and how to solve it?
