  • Dvcpro 50 Print To Tape

    Hello. Can anyone confirm that EDIUS BROADCAST is able to print to tape to a DVCPRO 50 camcorder in DVCPRO 50 format via firewire.
    A customer of mine is triyng to expor to an PANASONIC DVCPRO 50 AJ-FD93 camocorder and remote works, but no video.

    Timeline is a DVCAM project.

    As far as I know you need to be in a dvc 50 project to go to tape.
    DVCpro also is 4 channel out dvcam is 2.

      Dvcam is 4ch in 32 khz audio.

        Right and who uses 32 khz audio :)

            DVCAM doesn't do 32khz, only 48Khz :)
            So it is 2ch max with DVCAM. If you want 4 channels, go with DV instead, which does 12bit, 32khz.
