I created a new instance of XP SP2 on my machine and installed my Broadcast upgrade (which came with 4.5 and 4.6 DVD).
Went for the 4.6 install asked me for serial and then as itwas an upgrade asked for Edius 3 original, installation went fine.
Restarted and YES YES YES 4.6 running like a dream.......
Installed my clip browser for my EX1 and launched from within Edius and drag and drop my footage, RT playback from the timeline simply awesome.......
At least I have a work around whilst they fix the upgrade path.
We just need more HD presets especially for 30p !!!
Good stuff with 4.6, I look forward to the fix so I do not have to restart into a new partition :)
