Using VA Tracks and wanting a waveform

As the title suggests, I've always been partial to the video following the audio on the timeline so I am gravitating towards the VA tracks in Edius but I still want the waveform when the audio sits in my VA track. If I pull it down to the Audio track the waveform is there but otherwise it isn't.

Any idea?

Have you expanded the audio part of the VA track? It is the first little arrow on the left side of the timeline where the VA track number is located. If it pointing to the right, simpy click on it and it will expand. Remember to click in the small Vol box below it if you want to adjust it.
