  • Eamiling 30 sec spot

I need to email a client a :30 sec spot for their OK. I am trying to save experimenting time, so what would be the most efficient format and settings for email that will give me small enough file and still have decent quality?

Hello Pat... the last time I did it I used WMV. It was good enough for my client to ok it.

I just ran a quick encode and it was 8 Mb. What settings do you use?

I use PC2 presets (1mbps download) and pick either 4:3 or 16:9. Works ok here with WMV.

I use QuickTime H.264 if I want higher quality (but bigger file sizes)
