Question about sequence

I have done some videos in different sequences, now I will put everything together, but when trying to do a transition at the end of one sequence, and to the begining of the next one, I can´t get the transition to be 50% of the first on and 50% of the next one, I am using prodad..
Where am I going wrong ?

Ok, found out how it can be done, transition on top track looking down, that works....I only have one problem now with this, I get audio spill from sequences, that is small pieces of audio on the timeline, i don´t know why, they are not there in original seqence ?
