    Footage in preview screen

    Editing a wedding in Edius 4.51

    Just seems that my footage looks "soft" or a tad out of focus on the preview screen...is this caused by something? I know it looks fine, but Edius shows it off a little bit.

    Trying to get some stills from it too to use in a montage. Hard to find a focused frame with this problem as well.

      Actually, I am using my Sony Z1 as a preview screen...is there a way I can hook up a preview TV monitor directly from the computer...or through the camera (comp to camera to TV)? Need a larger picture!

          ideally, get an NX card

          in your case, connect a TV to your camera and connect firewire from PC to camera
