People having problems with 4.6

Can you answer the following 2 questions?

1. Did you try the 30 day trial (demo) at any point?
2. Have you tried the dongle in a different USB port?

3. Are you using the V4.6 upgrade, or are you installing from scratch using the V4.6 ISO image?

I think this is far more sinister than which version it was installed from. I looked for a patter last week. On my OHCI I uninstalled all things Edius/Canopus and all plugins- so Imaginate. Procoder and Xplode Pro- all stripped including going through the registry like Rambo. I installed from ISO and 4.6 was running- installed PC3 and it bombed out- uninstalled PC3 and E4.6 still does not work.

I meant to add that I do wonder if KH's txt file covers everything including file put into Windows System Folders and also how Prefetch might be involved (all over my head)

I agree DD. I don't think it is the version. This is a tough one to try and isolate. That is why we are trying to find that comoon denominator.
