Please excuse my ignorance but what are the advantages of a ISO being posted by TGV?

It includes Xplode Pro, video out plugins, manuals, etc...basically the whole package (like a retail DVD).

Do we have to uninstall Edius completely before install this one?

Well,
I just put the dvd in and run setup.
It install. ask to reboot.
after reboot It uninstall. so I install and ask for serial number,
and installed well. reboot. double click the icon It said this version expire. may be i am not doing right.
I don't know think I have to go back to 5.54 wait for the next tips.

Is the dongle's light on? Have you tried plugging the dongle in a different port and starting Edius again? Does the HASP4 dongle show up in the device manager?

From the download site:

"This EDIUS v4.6 DVD disc image contains all the files necessary to fully install the software on a new system.
You will need your EDIUS v4.x software installation serial number and hardware dongle to install the software included in the disc image"

Well, I uninstalled all Edius, and try to reinstall fresh.

Hello, I installed fresh but I got no luck .I went to device manager
I saw 2 keys there hasp hl and usb key.
What I did, I turn off PC. took the cards out boot up PC and turn It off,
replaced cards boot up PC. Installed fresh, installed USB dongle and driver.
load It up keep saying this version is already expire.
If some body install good, please post and explan.

Hmm it seems that you're not the only one with this problem. GV knows it (mentioned in another thread) and should be working on a fix ASAP. In the mean time go back to 4.54.

....and its alway encouraging when the Download is displaying 194% downloaded YES 194% and its only got to 170MB

Likely the cache-server for your "edge" wasn't fully updated yet. Give it at try later.

Hi, I just Dl. another one.
The earlier I DL. It was 1.7bg.
This time I DL. 2.1gb. as same as the amount It list.
This time should work.
But I'll It try tomorrow.

I think the "Bug is an extra "1" as on the topline the % is showing what is left - its now down to 166% having DL'd 723MB

Is there any news from across the seas on the "expired" issue? It would seem from one post that the ISO has the same problem. What on earth could have been changed from the beta to cause this?

Hi guys.
I got full cd Image iso DL.
Burn on DVD insert auto run good.
Install fresh, But no working.

I uninstalled, clean real good on my system. Still asking the version is expire.
no more try, waste too much time.
Please post if you Install sucess.
