.mov has no audio?

I am trying to use a .mov clip pal version and convert to ntsc but it doesnt seem to show audio info. it is suppose to have audio.

Is this in EDIUS that you're having the issue? In EDIUS, QuickTime files that use any audio format outside of WAV will no show/use audio.

To do what you want to do, open up ProCoder Express for EDIUS on its own (without running EDIUS) and simply convert from within that software.

Also you might try 4.6. I had some issues similiar to this that 4.6 fixed.
