Firestore QT files

Aloha,

I have been importing the .M2T files into Edius then converting to the Canopus HQ codec which I'm sure is what most of us Firestore users do.

My question is does anyone have a solution that they use to get the Firestore HD QT files to work in Edius?

Since there is an issue with the .m2t files from the Firestore (timecode issue) and Edius, my questions is this. Will Edius read the native QT HDV files? The firestore has an update to the Pro HD model, that will record in native QT HDV format for FCP.
