Deleted Audio Back From Trimmed Clip!

I have a clip on my timeline. I have deleted the audio from it. (Alt A). How do I get back the audio just to that trimmed clip on the timeline? I know you can undo but I have come back to this project I previously saved. Do I have to trim the clip again? and reinsert. Is there an easier way just to get audio back for that clip?

Double click on your clip and it will load on the monitor. There you will be able to see the trimmed area of your video marked. Just add in and out points at the beginning and the end of the marked area and overwrite on timeline the audio only (set add video off - Shift+J)
