TS writer to HDV problems

We seem to be having intermittent problems with our TS writer. Yesterday we were attempting to write a file out to our V1 and could only get a blue screen. It would control the V1 fine but would not output the video. This was opening the TS writer from within Edius. I closed Edius and opened the TS writer stand-alone and it worked great.

We're trying the same thing today and we get the blue screen no matter how we open TS writer. It's controlling the V1 and acts like it's working but no video output. Any ideas?
