Problem with installing Edius 4.54

I have recently downloaded Edius 4.54 Trial Version from the official website. When I double click on the installer the installation initiates but during the progress a message pops out: "Please insert a usb key" and the installation terminates. Can anyone explain the reason behind this?

Yep, 4.54 sounds like a Licensed upgrade, only this explains the dongle request at install.

4.52 is the latest demo version. (no dongle needed at install)

Have u find any solution for ur Problem when upgrading the Edisu 4.51 to Edius 4.54 (Asking for USB KEY). If yes please mail me on [email protected]

This was a known issue fixed with the 4.61 update - install that update instead.
