That monitor appears to have YPrPb analog component input, so buying the MCSDI-1 would be redundant?

I already to using component input but very disappoint the quality picture. I compare with my friend he using SDI with the same monitor of mine, it's blow me away. His system is FCP + AJA + BT-LH1700.

Are you comparing apples to apples or oranges?

What is the source footage your friend is outputting via SDI?
What are you outputting via component.

( what are the project settings ect)

You won't gain anything by coverting component to SDI.
It won't make the signal better.

He use the same my raw footage shoot by Sony-Z1. He capture to computer by firewire conection (same thing with mine). The only different he using FCP + SDI output.

What project setting are you using on the NX? The raw decompressed footage should look the same played out HD-SDI or Component HD.

Like SR said, converting the component HD to SDI won't improve the image - unless there's some noise being introduced on your cabling or something.
