  • Exporting mp4 files

I import a mp4 file created from an external DVR. It has the following specs:

    Video
    Frame Width: 1920
    Frame Height: 1080
    Data Rate: 17410kbps
    Total Bitrate: 17599kbps
    Frame Rate: 29.97

    Audio
    Bit Rate: 189kbps
    Channels: 2 (Stereo)
    Audio Sample Rate 48kHz

How do you export (File>Export>Print to file) the timeline as an mp4 file with the same video specifications as the original:

    Video
    Frame Width: 1920
    Frame Height: 1080
    Frame Rate: 29.97

The preset for the iPad has a way too small frame size and it won't let me change it to 1920x1080. What is the correct preset (if any) to use.

    Thanks,
    Charlie

you make sure the project setting is 1920x1080 29.97 fps
then print to file and choose H.264/AVC
