  • Upgrade and Prores

I'm currently happily using EDIUS 9.40.5106 and in the midst of a long project, so I am reluctant to upgrade until the project is completed (likely not until the end of summer). I do, however, foresee needing to output the end product in ProRes, and see that the latest upgrade has fixed a ProRes issue. Should I worry that my ProRes output would not meet standards unless I upgrade to the latest EDIUS version? Any known upgrading issues with the new version, going from 9.40? TIA.

9.52 has a new Mync and LM

so in cpanel, uninstall EDIUS, do not deactivate
        uninstall Mync, do not deactivate
        uninstall GV License Manager

install latest 9.52 (no serial needed)

I downloaded the latest update...installed without a hitch. Now projects seem to save much faster.
