Edius 9 pro to workgroup upgrade?

I recently upgraded to Edius 9 pro from 8.5 WG. After upgrading I found out the Pro version only will use 8 cores regardless of how many you have on your cpu. Along with some other restrictions I want to upgrade to 9 WG. Does anyone know if that is possible as in paying the difference from Pro to WG?

I have tried to contact my reseller for two days with no luck. Magic Multimedia in Germany.

I have my answer about the upgrade. I didn't realize that last Friday was a big holiday here in Germany and all businesses were closed! So not the fault of Magic Multimedia for not answering right away.

I was able to upgrade through Magic Multimedia this morning. The best part is I don't have to download the program again. Just enter the new serial number and I am good to go.
