Will this new SN automatically replace the one in the registration or do I have to register as another EDIUS 9 version since there is no EDIUS 9 Plus in the list at the moment.

For anyone else doing this update the other serial number asked for is not the existing EDIUS 9 number but the EDIUS 8 that was used to update from to EDIUS 9

Yes. If you read the information it allows you to have both EDIUS9 and the next version ( EDIUS 10 ? ) on the same two PC's at the same times . The present serial numbers for EDIUS 9 do not allow this. I assume that when EDIUS 10 arrives one can then just load and have both versions on the PC at the same time.

No additional "features" if that is what you are asking. The main thing on this is that if you are buying EDIUS 9 now, it allows you use of EDIUS 9 currently and then no additional charge when EDIUS 10 is released.

Did you buy a new copy of 9 within the time frame specified? Then yes register.

Yes I bought an upgrade couple of days after the promotion started last year. I have gone through the process of getting the new serial number so all is well and working with the new serial number. So I will register as another EDIUS 9 serial number.

I register it on 19 februari and I see now in the license manager :
                        Edius 9 plus WW.
I assume this is correct ?
Din't had to do anything else,as always the upgrade went automatic.

                          Hi there,

I'm having a registration problem. I had no problem obtaining the new Plus serial number. But when I try to enter the serial number into the license manager, it says The previous serial number is invalid.

                          What's going on?

                          Thanks, Andy

Did you use the EDIUS 9 number it was using or the previous EDIUS serial number that you upgraded from. In my case when it asked for previous number it wanted the EDIUS 8WG number NOT the EDIUS 9 number it was using at the time.
