  • Import EDL

I can import an EDL file created with Premiere Pro CS3 (EDL type CMX3600) into Edius Workgroup 8.53. In the restore and transfer clip window a timeline reference count of 459 appears but under the restoration method there is no "relink to folder" option. The project was outsourced for editing and I now want to do tweaks. All HD *.mov files on an internal hard drive and thus not captured files. Color Matt restores which is no help without the actual footage. What am I missing?

I have created a Color Matte and saved it to the same folder. Once I now select all the files (1 x AX file with a 459 Timeline reference count & 14 x use of Color Matte with a single Timeline reference count) Edius message "Failed to restore Clips" pops up. All the *.mov files are saved in the AX folder with files names starting from ASH (1) to ASH (288).
