My Edius will have been off the internet for at least 2 months when we are allowed back in the office. Will I have to re-register?

Not if it's Workgroup.

an if it is Pro, you simply need to login to the MyPage with your ID and tour license will be checked and approved, you don't need to re-enter the serial
If you are asked to re-enter the serial, don't do it because you may lose a license count, come back here

Thanks, tried to get into my building to log in to edius but they've locked us all out electronically.

Same happened here - went to put the mower back in the shed and found my wife had locked the door and connected the handle up to the mains!
