Edius pro 3.5 won't see explode 4.0 transitions

My computer crashed and I had to reinstalled edius 3.5 along with exlode 4.0. When I pull my projects up that were on a different drive. I get an error that edius doesn't see the transitions and would be deleting the effect used in the project and all of those were from explode 4.0. On the timeline they show with the color purple instead of grey. In the info. palette I see that transition as dummy transition. I don't see my explode transitions in the effects palette. I had reinstalled twice. Please help, I am hoping that someone may have had this problem and were able to fix it.

In the original explode 4 cd there is a seperate installation for Edius plugins...I think it is called Edius pack...
