CAn you put up a short clip so I can take a look at it. Because when I use xml files I get all the data in EDIUS.
framerate ect.
The files I have is that the xml looks at the mxf in the same folder. SO I always inport the folder so that the xml and the mxf are in the bin.
So I find it strange you don't see all that.
BTW you are using EDIUS broadcast are you?Last edited by SRsupport; 01-15-2008, 02:39 AM.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is to render out the progressive footage and then reimport it into your regular interlaced footage and go from there. Hopefully you won't lose too much quality.

try setting the clip to upper field or bottom field and see if this improves anything

XML files help
We had a production company shoot some video for us out of state. When we got the video back some of it had been shot in DVCPro 50 progressive we received the files as XML that we can play in Edius brodcast. When we play the video in a standard DV project 16X9 29.97 interlaced video we have a jitter or a flicker looking shot. What can we do to make these shots look normal?
