Installation after Trial Edius 9.51

Question:

I have a trial 9.51 (Pro of course) running on a friends computer to test - it has a few days left to go.

If he buys a full version and gets a licence key - does he have to remove the trial version and then install the full (Workgroup) version? or can the trial be updated? How does this work?

Input the license key via the license manager. :)

So it will take the trial installation and open it up to full Workgroup status - that's pretty handy as we spent some time loading plug-ins to test.
