Edius 9.5 problems

I am a long time Edius user. Going back to Canopus Rex days. I was just informed that Grass Valley no longer will give phone support on Edius. The phone support use to be good. but NO MORE.
My 9.5 problems are:
Primary color correction is crashing Edius
My custom Window layout gets lost often. Especially after Edius crashes
Can I delete my Edius 8 program ?
Will deleting Edius 8 wipe out my Edits 9.5 Licence ?

in EDIUS 9.5 go to help menu, generate a system report and attach it here in your reply, go advanced, manage attachments

don't delete EDIUS8, instead uninstall it but if 9.5 is an upgrade from 8, do not deactivate 8 when uninstalling

where did you buy EDIUS? I certainly give phone support to my customers

Hi Anton. Thank you for the reply. I bought it through Safe Harbor as recommended by Grass Valley. Wish I had gotten it through you. It seems you know more about the operation of Edius more than Grass Valley. And offer the best help. Keep up the good work.
