I'm hoping that a moderator on the forum maybe able to help me.
I recently rebuilt my laptop, I'm 99% certain that I deactivated the license for Edius from the laptop before reformatting.
However when I try to reactivate I get a message suggesting I have reached the activation limit for my serial number.
Having looked at a group on Facebook it seemed I just needed to e-mail [email protected], but the general response was nobody was willing to help me unless I created a portal support account (which seems to be for business customers, which I'm not).
I then saw a page on Edius.net which suggested that I e-mail [email protected]. They replied and said yes I just needed to e-mail back with my serial number and they would sort it.
I e-mailed back and nothing, silence, I've chased the e-mail again and still no further reply.
Please why is it so difficult to get my software reactivated???
If someone wants to see evidence of purchase, that's fine as I have e-mail receipts for my purchase and the free upgrade to v8 workgroup which GV provided (when people complained features had been removed from Pro).
I can also provide a screenshot from my GV account showing all my serial numbers going back to EDZV and Xplode.
