    Where can I find "3D Picture in Picture" in edius 9?? ?
    because it is not available in Keyers ???

    Nowhere.

    You have to use the layouter.

        hi ,
        I did not find 3D picture in picture in the layout ,
        I only see 3D , and I was not able to get the effect I need to make transitions like the one in the attached videos

          There is no 3D PiP in the layouter.



          1. Drag the background clip to track V1 (or VA1).
          2. Drag the foreground clip (= desired image in image) to track V2.
          3. Select clip in V2 and open the layouter.
          4. Now reduce the clipsize (red arrow in screenshot) and position the clip (green arrow in screenshot).
          (you can also cut the size of the clip: blue arrow in screenshot).
          // You should also study the manual > Layouter !!!!!

            This is a rough example of how to do the first effect.

            From this example, you should be able to get an idea of the controls. For the one with rotation, just at the rotation keyframes and adjust.

            Basically, you need to practice up on your keyframing skills.
