edius 8.53 problem flexnet 64 service with windows may update

I have edius 8.53 installed but since I tried to update to windows 10 update I can update installation problems even for all the subsequent cumulative updates I have to disable from ms config / system configuration the flexnet license service 64 if enabled when I launch the cumulative update to reboot the pc does not finish the installation and remains with the dots that run endlessly.
I have to restart in safe mode to start the pc which says it is impossible to update.
If I disable the flexnet service 64 updates are installed regularly does anyone see the problem with edius 8.53?
It is as if windows does not recognize the flexnet service driver or considers it obsolete
If you go to see the update history you see windows 0x800f0923 error which corresponds to driver incompatibility.
The problem is driver flexnet 64 service
Same problem on 2 different PCs with windows ver 1903

I noticed that by installing edius 9.4 the problem is resolved as it also installs the grassvalley license manager update that updates flexnet and not problems with the latest versions of windows 1903.
Since I don't have edius 9, can anyone tell me how I can install license manager update without installing edius 9 and then uninstall it since I have version 8.53?
