Plesantville effect in Edius Pro 3.0

I would like some help in knowing how to make the Pleasantville effect(Black and white with isolated color) can anyone help with this?

I use the "region" fiter.

I think you are looking for this effect it is call colour pass, I have tested it and it works well.
