I wonder how workgroup users can trigger a lookup for new updates?
Some Pro-users got asked to download version 9.40 already while the version isn't available in the usual GV online ressources.

Automatic updating is only available for EDIUS pro.
Workgroup users will need to download the update and install it.
Is most workgroup environments the update is evaluated first before a roll out.

This was very clear before, that syncing does not come before next update.

They were still working on it and when they announced this update they said that Audio sync would not be in the packet. But they mentioned about it possible coming in next one or two updates after this one. But I am not sure that they were promising anything.

Different question. How does Multicam Switching - Audio and Video work? My sound remains the same. Whichever option I choose.

Ok. Forget about it. I need to choose wich Cam in the Audio track :)

Pat did a show and tell at NAB of the basic frame work of the audio sync feature. It was also made very clear here on the forum that it was not ready for prime time and would be in a later update.

Finally with EDIUS v9.40b4803 the quick sync also works with the intel hd graphics set as secondary, with Intel
DCH drivers

strange that it is not indicated in the update details
after 6 months (last software that was still not working between Premiere, Vegas, Hanbrake, etc.) better late than never

Hello,

in this update, video playback stutters on the fullscreen preview monitor during multicam playback.

The multicam monitor got gray frames between the video track previews (just a visual separation) which is look nice but stutters too during playback.

I use 9 video tracks in multicam mode, and everything is the same as the 9.31 version (the same project file with the same project I am working on).

Please fix the playback issues or help me change the right preferences to avoid these stutterings.

Where can I download the 9.31 version to downgrade?

are you using 9 Pro or 9 WG?
have you disabled the use of filters while in Multicam? a must with 9 cameras
