    I tryed to download my 9.31WG-Version but:
    The Support page is going crazy again.
    Any workarounds?

      As was happening two weeks ago and discussed here its bu$$ered up again.
      Once you login you have a page with the option to select your product registry, click that,, select a product and it returns to the option page.

      The scaling on the product registry page was dire- see https://forum.grassvalley.com/forum/...t=43225&page=3

        confirmed, you can't download any product

          Indeed, same problem here.
          Tried with FireFox and Edge, infinite loop with no files to be seen...
          The page also changed quite a bit, took a while to get in, not easy to navigate.

            I feel these sort of continuing basic problems with GV web site justify my concerns re their licencing of Edius. A few days back I posted this in another thread re activations. Peter

            'Retried updating Win10 from 1709 to 1809 but this time I deactivated Edius 8 WG first and then reactivated once Win 10 updates completed. Pleased to report all seems to be running okay this time.

            Just one question concerns me for the future, what happens if GV shut down the activation/deactivation web server?

            I have old software running on a Win 98 PC that I am still using occasionally without issue as only needed a serial number back then. '
